Jitlada has held a Thai Town address since the late 1970s. In 2006, chefs Sarintip “Jazz” Singsanong and Suthiporn “Tui” Sungkamee took ownership and steered the menu toward Southern Thai cooking from Nakhon Si Thammarat alongside familiar Thai standards.
