Terms

The ground rules for using East Table.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

By using easttable.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The publication

East Table is an editorial food and culture publication. Content is for general informational and entertainment purposes. Recipes, guides, and recommendations are not professional medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. Cooking involves heat, allergens, and food-safety judgment; follow label directions and your own common sense.

Accuracy

We research carefully and update pieces on a schedule, but restaurants close, prices change, products reformulate, and sources disagree. We do not warrant that every detail is complete or current. If you spot an error, email contact@easttable.com.

Intellectual property

Site text, design, logos, and original compilation are owned by East Table or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial reading and fair-use quotation with credit. Third-party photos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear under their respective licenses or editorial grants.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages include Amazon Associates or other affiliate links. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial standards for what we cover. Product pages that use affiliate links also disclose them on the page.

User submissions

If you send tips, corrections, or Reader Table notes, you grant East Table a non-exclusive license to use that material for editorial purposes (including quoting or paraphrasing with attribution when appropriate). Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.

Third-party links

Links to restaurants, retailers, platforms, and other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Table and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
