About

Chef Kris Yenbamroong opened Night + Market Song in Silver Lake in March 2014 as the second Night + Market after the West Hollywood original. The pink Sunset Boulevard room leans into northern Thai street flavors, grilled meats, and a loud, colorful room that pairs well with the group’s natural-wine leanings. Press from the Los Angeles Times, Eater, and later national lists helped cement Song as an east-side counterpart to the WeHo flagship. Song means “two” in Thai; the menu overlaps with WeHo while carrying a few location-specific plates.

Menu highlights

  • Northern Thai larb
  • Crispy rice salad and som tum
  • Grilled meats and nam prik
  • Natural wine list

Diners say

Reviewers often call out punchy spice, grilled pork, and a fun, crowded room. The same conversations mention waits, noise, and heat that can overwhelm if you stack spicy dishes. Diners who like it usually want street-food energy and wine more than a quiet family Thai dinner.
