The plate is jagged broken rice under combinations of grilled pork or pork chop, bì (shredded pork with roasted rice powder), chả (egg meatloaf), tôm tau hũ ky (shrimp paste in tofu skin), Chinese sausage, egg rolls, and more, with pickled vegetables, cucumber, nước chấm, and a cup of bone broth.
