Kiin (Thai for “to eat”) opened in 2017 as Nuit and Jeff Regular’s more refined counterpoint to Pai, developed with hospitality partner Janet Zuccarini. Toronto Life covered the launch as a showcase for Royal Thai techniques Nuit studied in Thailand: delicate plating, bone-out preparations, and ingredient-driven dishes from across the country.
